Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions contained hereinafter ("TERMS OF USE") shall apply to the use of the Sundarban.Live and any other linked pages, products, software(s), API keys, features, content or application services (including any mobile application services) in connection therewith, offered from time to time by Otthon Solutions ("WE" or "OUR" or "US") (collectively, "WEBSITE").

Any user logging or using the Sundarban.Live (even when such person does not avail of any services provided in the Website ("SERVICES") (hereinafter referred to as a "USER", "SELLER", "YOU" or "CLIENT") shall be presumed to have read these Terms of Use (which includes the Privacy Policy) and unconditionally and irrevocably accepted the T&C set out herein (these Terms of Use). These Terms of Use, together with the rest of the Policies (defined below), constitute a binding and enforceable agreement between the User and Sundarban.Live.

Use of the Services by User

In order to access certain Services, you may be required to open a user account with Sundarban.Live by providing information about yourself as a part of the registration process for the Services, or continued use of the Services. You agree that any Registration Data given to Sundarban.Live will always be accurate, correct, complete and up to date. If given information that is false, incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is in violation of applicable law or not according with the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to reject your registration and/ or indefinitely suspend or terminate user account and refuse to provide you access to the Sundarban.Live. Further, you agree to use & claims against of any detail/ information/ Registration Data what you post and/ or supply to us. We reserve the right to remove posted detail/ information/ Registered Data without any prior intimation to user.

You understand that you shall be responsible for your Registration Data and User content and undertake to, neither by yourself nor by permitting third party to host, display, upload, modify, publish, update or share any information that:

Harms minors in any way;

Any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person or entity worldwide;

Misleads about the origin of such information which is grossly offensive;

Contains any code, files or programs of computers & viruses designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of resource;

Is illegal in any other way.

You agree and understand that Sundarban.Live reserves the right to remove and/or edit such detail/ information.

Eligibility

A person who is eighteen (18) years or above of age and adequate to contract under the concerned laws is eligible to access Sundarban.Live or avail the Services. Your use of website shall be treated as your representation under contract and if you are registering as a business entity, then you represent and warrant that you’ve the authority to bind such business entity to the Sundarban.Live’s Terms of Use. Access of the Website is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and any amendments of it.

User represents and warrants that it will be ONLY responsible for all of User's usage (including any Service) and access of the website. The user shall also be responsible for use of its account by others. The Terms of Use shall be void where prohibited by concerned laws, and the right to access the website shall automatically stand revoked in such cases.

Content in the Services

In Terms of Use, term "CONTENT" includes, without limitation, information, data, text, logos, photographs, videos, audio clips, animations, written posts, articles, comments, software, script, graphic, theme and interactive feature generated or made handy on or through the services.

You should be aware that presented content as a part of the services, but not limited to advertisements in the services and sponsored content within the services may be protected by intellectual property rights which are owned by the advertisers who provides it to Sundarban.Live (or by persons or companies). You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on this particular content (either in whole or in part) unless you’ve been specifically told that you may do so by Sundarban.Live or by the owners of it, in writing and in a separate agreement.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that Sundarban.Live (or Sundarban.Live's licensors) owns all legal and proprietary right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the services (either those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever they exist). You acknowledge that the services may contain information which is designed confidential by Sundarban.Live and that you shall not disclose such information without Sundarban.Live's prior written consent.

Unless you have been expressly authorized to do so in writing by Sundarban.Live, you agree that in using the Services, you will not use any trade mark, service mark, trade name, company logo or organization that is intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user.

Modifications to Terms & Conditions

Sundarban.Live terms & conditions are subject to change any time without prior notice. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review this page timely. The changes will be effective immediately on you. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your personal information, includes providing us with your most current e-mail address as well.

If you do not agree to permit changes in our use of your personal information, you must notify Sundarban.Live promptly that you wish to deactivate your account. Continued use of Sundarban.Live after any change/ amendment shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by our T&C changes.

Prohibited Services

You agree that you’ll not accept any payments in connection with businesses, business activities or business practices, including but limited to the following:

Adult goods/services which include pornography, sexually suggestive materials (including literature, imagery and other media etc), escort or prostitution services, website access or website memberships of pornography or any illegal sites;

Alcoholic beverages OR Alcohol such as beer, liquor, wine, or champagne etc.;

Body part which includes organs or other body parts;

Cable descramblers and black boxes which include devices to obtain cable and satellite signals freely;

Child pornography which includes pornographic materials involves minors;

Copyrighted media which includes unauthorized books, music, movies, and other licensed or protected materials;

Copyrighted software which includes pirated software, video games and other licensed including OEM or bundled software;

Drugs which include illegal drugs and drug accessories, including herbal drugs like marijuana, salvia and magic mushrooms etc.;

Drug test aids which include drug cleansing shakes, urine test additives, and related items etc;

Endangered species (plants, animals or other organisms those are in danger of extinction);

Government documents which include fake IDs, passports, diplomas, and noble titles;

Hacking materials which include manuals, information, or equipment enabling illegal access to software, servers, website, or protected property;

Illegal goods which include materials, products, or information promoting illegal goods or acts;

Miracle cures which include unsubstantiated cures, remedies or other items marketed as health fixes;

Defame or slander any person or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex etc;

Encourage or incite violent acts;

Securities which include government or public sector unit bonds, stocks, debentures or relevant financial products;

Tobacco and cigarettes which include cigarettes, cigars and chewing tobacco etc;

Traffic devices which include radar detectors Or jammers, license plate covers, traffic signal changers, and other products;

Weapon includes firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, gun powder or explosive and other armaments;

Wholesale currency which includes discounted currency or exchanges of it;

Living animals or hides/ skins/ teeth, nails and other parts;

Multi-level marketing collective fees; Matrix sites or sites using a matrix scheme;

Work-at-home approach or work-at-home information;

Drop-shipped merchandise; any product or service which is not in compliance with applicable laws and regulations whether federal, state, local or international, including the laws of India;

Businesses that operate within the scope of laws which are not clear & ambiguous in nature (web-based telephony, website supplying medicines, website that promise online match-making);

Businesses banned by law (betting & gambling or content that is likely to be interpreted by the authorities as leading to moral turpitude or decadence or incite caste/ communal tensions, lotteries/ sweepstakes;

Businesses dealing in intangible goods OR services (e.g. software download/ health/ beauty Products), and involved in pyramid marketing or get-rich-quick schemes;

Any product or service, which in the opinion of either the Acquiring Bank, is detrimental to the image and interests of either of them OR both of them, as communicated by either of them OR both of them to the User from time to time. This shall be without prejudice to any other T&C mentioned in these Terms of Use;

Mailing lists;

Virtual currency, crypto currency, prohibited investments for commercial gain that can be monetized, re-sold or converted to physical or digital goods or otherwise exit the virtual world; Money laundering services;

Database providers (for tele-callers);

Bidding/ auction houses;

Activities prohibited by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India; and Any other activities prohibited by applicable law.

The above list is subject to additions/ amendments (basis changes/ amendments to applicable laws) by Sundarban.Live without prior intimation to you.

Copyrights and Trademark Information

The Sundarban.Live is the property of Otthon Solutions, West Bengal. The trademarks and logos may not be used in any manner without our approval of all or any content featured in the website. The logos, banners and the like etc are trademarks of the website. Without our permission, the user agrees not to display or use these in any manner and site respects the intellectual property of others. The site expects the individuals/users to do the same. If the user believes that their intellectual property rights have been violated please inform the authorities immediately and provide the following information:

A descriptive copyright that user or owner claim has been infringed;

A description where he mentioned exact location of the material on the website; complete name, address, contact number and email address of the owner of the copyrighted material;

Signature, sent electronically or physically, of that person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

A statement by the user/owner that they firmly believes that the disputed use isn’t authorized by the copyright owner;

a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that all the given information are true and accurate and that they are copyright owner or the one authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Limitation of Liability and Damages

In no event will Sundarban.Live or its contractors, agents, licensors, partners, officers, directors, suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, reliance, or exemplary damages (including without limitation lost business opportunities, lost revenues, or anticipated profits or any pecuniary or non-pecuniary loss or damage of any nature) arising out of or relating to (i) agreement, (ii) the services, the site or any reference site, or (iii) your use or inability to use the services of it, the site (including any and all materials) or any reference sites, even if Sundarban.Live or its authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of damages.

You acknowledge and agree that Sundarban.Live has offered its products and services, set its prices, and entered into this agreement in reliance upon the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth herein, and fair allocation of risk between you and Sundarban.Live, and that the warranty disclaimers and the limitations of liability set forth herein form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Sundarban.Live. It won’t be able to provide the services to you on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. In such cases, Sundarban.Live’s liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This paragraph shall results in termination of this Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, save and hold Sundarban.Live, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and its third party suppliers, licensors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to use or misuse of the services or of the site, any violation by you of the Agreement, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and contracts made by. Sundarban.Live reserves the right, at expense, to presume the exclusive shield and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Sundarban.Live, including rights to settle, and you agree to cooperate with Sundarban.Live’s defense and settlement of these claims. Sundarban.Live will use considerable efforts to inform you of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall results in termination of this Agreement.

Technical Issues & Delivery Policy

In case of any technical issues, please raise a request on our Contact Us section or by emailing us to info@sundarban.live to let us know of the same. We endeavour to deliver material to you within 5-10 working days of placing the order, failing which you can terminate a transaction related to Service at any time and get a full refund.

Recharge Plans

MRP shown on site includes GST at the applicable rate. The recharge tariff plans are subjected to change by the respective service provider. Tariff plans have been provided only for information purposes. Sundarban.Live doesn’t take any responsibility in case if any recharge plan changed by the service provider.

Pricing

Prices displayed for all the products on Sundarban.Live include GST. The prices of all products mentioned at the time of ordering will be charged on the date of the delivery.

  • We currently offer shipping services within India only.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on the same day or the day after, depending on availability and any specific case basis.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Generally, deliveries are completed within 7 days after shipment.

Shipping Charges:

  • We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.499.
  • For orders below the minimum order value, a flat shipping fee of Rs.29 will be applied.

Order Tracking:

  • You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website or by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If you encounter any difficulties tracking your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Delivery Partners:

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.

 Cancellation of Products

    • You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the shipment is into “Processed” stage. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package is “Processed”. You can track your order under ‘My Order’ section of your account on Platform or via link send to your email id or via link through sms send to your mobile number by our delivery partner.
    • In case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Product(s), you may cancel the placed purchase order on Sundarban.Live Platform under “My Orders” section of your account.
    • On receipt of the cancellation request, we will cancel the order/shipments as long as it is not “Processed”. You will receive an email as soon as the cancellation is accepted and the amount paid towards the partial/full order will be refunded to you within 3-7 (three to seven) business days from the date of acceptance of cancellation request. The amount shall be refunded to you through a convenient mode of payment. All refunds, shall be subject to our discretion, applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.
    • We reserve the right to cancel your bulk orders placed on the Platform.

Replacement or Exchange of Products

    • You may initiate the request for replacement of the Product within 5 days from the time the Product(s) is delivered to you (“Replacement Period”) if:
      • Product is received in a physical damaged condition, to be reported to us by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier;
      • Product is defective or is not in working condition,
      • Product or parts of the Product or accessory is missing, to be reported to us by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of the products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier;

All our packages come with "Tamper Evident Void Seals", on our packaging. Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered "Void Seal" or a damaged box will automatically disqualify you from any replacement claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

    • You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful replacement pick-up. We would accept the request for replacement of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.
    • If you have received any Product which is subject to replacement in terms of this Policy, we will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or inaccuracy claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or inaccuracy are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for replacement. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective or inaccurate Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a call or visit to assess the damage, defect in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the replacement request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.
    • Your replacement will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of replacement of such Products, such as the Product to be replaced being provided to us in original condition along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records, if Product(s) bought as a combo then Product(s) sent for replacement to be as a complete combo, the brand outer packaging of the Product and all accessories therein shall be intact, no damage having occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your possession etc.
    • You agree that we will not replace any Product: (i) if you have placed the order for a wrong Product model, colour or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to non-replacement Product category (iii) if you fail to request replacement/register a complaint in relation to a damaged, defective or inaccurate Product within the Replacement Period by creating a Ticket at our Support Desk (iv) if products like Mobiles, tablets, laptops are found activated during investigation. Any damage to the Product caused by your improper use of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User or a third party or any depreciation in the value for other reasons will not be deem such Product a damaged, defective or inaccurate Product and will not be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.
    • You should raise a replacement request by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk to get a Replacement Authorization code for any of the eligible reasons. Once we receive your replacement request, we may schedule an engineer call or visit to assess the issue reported. Basis the engineer’s technical report a resolution for replacement will be offered. If the replacement request is approved, we will acknowledge your request for return via Whatsapp message or an email containing Product details, pickup details and Replacement Authorization Code. Our reverse-logistics partner will get in touch with you after Replacement Authorisation code is created in order to collect the approved Product for replacement. Please ensure to collect the manifest copy from the logistic partner while handing over the Product. The manifest copy will be your reference to track the return order for replacement in transit and claim for any losses in transit. Once the returned Product has been received by us for replacement, replacement Product will be shipped to your address entered on the original order.

Refund & Return Policy for Recharges

At Sundarban.Live, Recharges of your mobile/DTH payments are real time transactions and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be alert that you are responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number and all charges that result from those recharges/services. Sundarban.Live is not responsible for any recharge/service for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number.

For cases, where a transaction has been successfully completed at Sundarban.Live, and money has been charged to your upi or bank account but a recharge/service has not been credited within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for reasons like "invalid recharge denomination", "service provider unavailable" and/or any technical issues, submit your request with proper identical by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk. Please note that once the transaction fails, money automatically gets added into your Sundarban.Live Wallet. You can either utilize this amount by recharging again or can get the same refunded back to your bank account by creating a Ticket at our Support Desk.

Once we received your request, our respective team shall investigate the exact reason of system failure/ happened incident and will get back to you at the earliest. If you have opted to refund the money from your Sundarban.Live Wallet, money will be refunded within 2-3 business working days as per company norms/bank policies.

We request you to mention the following details inside your created Ticket at our Support Desk:

Reason of the Service request

Note: Sundarban.Live liability is only restricted to provide you valid recharges/services /refund to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be entitled for any other claim or consequential liability arising out due to a failed recharge on our system.

Refund for Products

  • At the time of creation of a Ticket at our Support Desk for a request for return or cancelling the Products on the Sundarban.Live Platform, you may seek refund. Such refund will be made to you only in the event the payment has been received by us for the Product.
  • Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the Products, upon our verification and assessment of the Products and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 48 (forty eight) hours from the date of us receiving the returned Product back at our warehouse. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the brand outer packaging of the damage or defective or inaccurate Product and all accessories therein is intact. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that we shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.
  • We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to you within 7 (seven) working days into the original mode of payment chosen by you. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.
  • Refund to be made to the User shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time. However, in the event a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by us after due verification at its sole discretion) we may refund the shipping charges to you. You will be provided with a refund if you have received a non-returnable Product in a damaged or defective condition subject to verification and examination of the damage or defect of the Product by us.
  • We provide refund for few scenarios such as Product for replacement is not available with us or for Products that were incorrectly represented on the website. We reserve the right to reject a refund request for a Product if it does not satisfy the quality conditions specified under this Policy on our assessment pursuant to its return. We may in such cases notify you and send the returned Product back without initiating a refund.
  • Brand Approved (exceptional returns) approved by the Brand within warranty period of the product, there may be issues posting refund if the transaction is over 180 days old. For such cases, our team will reach out to you for documents to post a manual refund into an alternate account. The user is mandatorily required to submit a copy of his/her bank account details (such as Cancelled Cheque, Bank Passbook) along with photo ID proof (such as PAN card, Aadhar card). All the documents submitted should be in the same name as the Billing name used while placing the order. For cases where there’s a mismatch in name, Sundarban.Live reserves the right to refuse the user's refund to a bank account.
  • Please refer below to understand mode of refund as per our discretion for different Payment Types:

For Standard Delivery

  1. Net Banking
  2. UPI Account

If for any reason the refund to the original Mode of Payment fails at our payment gateway, then we will reach out to you to share alternate account details to process a manual refund. No other exceptions will be made for refunds to a different card or bank account.

Return of Products

  • You may initiate the request for return of the product within 5 days from date of delivery (Return Period) if:
    • Product ordered is different from what was ordered basis the Product description provided on the Sundarban.Live Platform, to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier
    • User will be given an option at our sole discretion to raise a return request, only when the Products are not available in stock with Us for replacement for below cases:
      • Product was found defective or is not in working condition; to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of the products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier'.
      • Product is received in physically damaged condition, to be reported to us by creating a Ticket at our Support Desk within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of the products like Mobiles, Tablets and Laptops, whichever is earlier.
      • Product or parts of the Product or accessory is missing, to be reported to us by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of the products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier.

We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or inaccuracy claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or inaccuracy are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for return. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective or inaccurate Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a call or visit to assess the damage, defect in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.
    • Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of return of such Products, such as the Product being return in original condition along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, and the serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records, if Product(s) bought as a combo should be returned as the complete combo, the brand outer packaging of the Product and all accessories therein, no damage having occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your possession etc.
    • You agree that we will not accept the return of any Product: (i) if you have placed the order for a wrong Product model, colour or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to non-returnable Product category (mentioned below) (iii) if you fail to return/register a complaint in relation to a damaged, defective or inaccurate Product within the Return Period. Any damage to the Product caused by your improper use of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User or a third party or any depreciation in the value for other reasons will not be deem such Product a damaged, defective or inaccurate Product and will not be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.
    • You should raise a return request by creating a Ticket at our Support Desk.
    •  To get a Return Authorization code for any of the eligible reasons. Once we receive your return request, we may schedule an engineer call or visit to assess the issue reported. Basis the engineer’s technical report a resolution for return will be offered. If the return request is approved, we will acknowledge your request for return via an email containing Product details, pickup details and Return Authorization Code. Our reverse-logistics partner will get in touch with you after Return Authorisation code is created in order to collect the approved Product for return. Please ensure to collect the manifest copy from the logistic partner while returning the Product. The manifest copy will be your reference to track the return order transit and claim for any losses in transit.
    • Your return will be processed once all return relevant conditions under this policy are fulfilled by you. Once return is processed for Delivery, we will initiate the refund to your original mode of payment or store credit as per our discretion.
    • The below product categories are marked as ‘non-returnable’ unless the package received is verified as defective or damaged –
      • Mobile Phone accessories like screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glass.
      • Software products
      • All console games and PC games that are labelled as non-returnable on their product detail pages.
    • You should make sure to erase any/all personal information from an electronic device that stores any personal information, prior to returning to us. Reliance shall not be liable for any misuse or usage of such information.

Replacement or Exchange of Products

    • You may initiate the request for replacement of the Product within 5 days from the time the Product(s) is delivered to you (“Replacement Period”) if:
      • Product is received in a physical damaged condition, to be reported to us by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier;
      • Product is defective or is not in working condition,
      • Product or parts of the Product or accessory is missing, to be reported to us by creating a Ticket  at our Support Desk within 24 hours of delivery or before activation of the products like Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, whichever is earlier;

All our packages come with "Tamper Evident Void Seals". Please ensure that you do not accept packages where the seal is tampered. Acceptance of a tampered "Void Seal" or a damaged box will automatically disqualify you from any replacement claims for physically damaged/defective products, incorrect product, or missing accessories.

    • You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful replacement pick-up. We would accept the request for replacement of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.
    • If you have received any Product which is subject to replacement in terms of this Policy, we will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Products or inaccuracy claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages or inaccuracy are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept or reject the request for replacement. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective or inaccurate Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a call or visit to assess the damage, defect in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the replacement request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.
    • Your replacement will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of replacement of such Products, such as the Product to be replaced being provided to us in original condition along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product, the serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records, if Product(s) bought as a combo then Product(s) sent for replacement to be as a complete combo, the brand outer packaging of the Product and all accessories therein shall be intact, no damage having occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your possession etc.
    • You agree that we will not replace any Product: (i) if you have placed the order for a wrong Product model, colour or incorrect Product, (ii) if the Product belongs to non-replacement Product category (iii) if you fail to request replacement/register a complaint in relation to a damaged, defective or inaccurate Product within the Replacement Period (iv) if products like Mobiles, tablets, laptops are found activated during investigation. Any damage to the Product caused by your improper use of the Product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User or a third party or any depreciation in the value for other reasons will not be deem such Product a damaged, defective or inaccurate Product and will not be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.
